MelloMe Launches Brand to Commercialize Final Invention of Late Scientist Brian Ravnaas

TURTLE LAKE, N.D. - September 9, 2026 - MelloMe today announced the official commercial launch of its brand and the debut of its flagship Focused Calm product line.

The company was founded to bring to market the final formulation developed by the late career scientist and inventor Brian Ravnaas. Following his unexpected passing, his brother, Brent Ravnaas, founded MelloMe to establish commercial production and honor his brother's legacy.

"My brother dedicated his career to science and invention," said Brent Ravnaas, founder of MelloMe. "This company was built to see his final project through to completion and make his work accessible to the public as he originally envisioned."

Over his career, Brian Ravnaas developed paint technology now used in automotive interiors and architectural coatings, and later created Green Glue, a viscoelastic damping material, along with sound isolation clips used in soundproofing. Saint-Gobain acquired that business in 2008. His final invention is the foundation of MelloMe.

"Brian's wish was to use his inventions to help others," Brent Ravnaas said.
